Type of objects
Healthcare real estate is tailor-made in which the vision and interpretation of the healthcare party is the most important. Small-scale or large locations, ongoing operations, transformations, renovation or new construction; that doesn't matter to us. We are not location bound. Our focus is mainly on objects with a residential function. We do not invest in practice rooms or buildings for primary care.
Segment
The healthcare sector has many different target groups. From our healthcare real estate fund, we do not specifically specify a specific healthcare demand. We facilitate housing for light to heavy care needs with a residential function. We do not invest in practice rooms or buildings for primary care.
In many cases we conclude a main rental agreement with the care party, but it is also possible that we conclude an agreement directly with the residents whereby the care party provides the care.
Size
For the Healthcare Real Estate Fund, there is a minimum size of 20-25 units/apartments with an investment of at least €3.5 million.
Long term
We are involved owners and think long term. We work based on our values and believe it is important to continue to discuss this with tenants. We like to work with passionate partners who want to work with us on increasing tenant satisfaction and the value retention of a location.
Active and involved
Together with the care party, we coordinate the management and maintenance of the location. We can take on an active role, but we can also be more active in the background. We are always an involved homeowner. Short lines for complaints and suggestions.
