Cooperation
Healthcare real estate is tailor-made in which the vision and interpretation of the healthcare party is the most important. Small-scale or large locations, ongoing operations, transformations, renovation or new construction; that doesn't matter to us. We are also not location-bound.
We like to work with the care party. We are personally involved. We are working together for the first time and there are ambitions to expand, we are happy to look at this together.

Management
The operational and technical management is carried out by an external administrator. As a result, we guarantee 24-7 availability. We manage the manager, such as drawing up and supervising the implementation of the MJOP.
