'Wij Wonen' (we live) is the label under which the rental properties of the Anders Invest Rental Housing Fund are rented out. You live together. We wish that for our residents. Our buildings are designed in such a way that meeting people is naturally stimulated. Of course that is without obligation. But no one needs to feel lonely. We encourage living together with various communal facilities. Together we strive for a pleasant living experience for the residents. The caretaker, the central management organization of Wij Wonen and Anders Invest Rental Housing Fund, owner of the homes. We are only satisfied when our tenants are. By staying in close contact with the residents, we want to respond as well as possible to wishes and needs. The human dimension is central. With the aim: a pleasant living experience for all our tenants.
