The Food & Agri Fund of Anders Invest has realized a participation on the 15^th of June 2021 in Unica Global. The enterprise develops and sells infant nutrition under the Jovie brand.

Unica Global, founded in 2017, is an innovating company that focuses on specialty and premium infant food based on alternative protein sources, such as organic goat milk. From the Netherlands, the product development, brand and marketing strategy, finance and logistics are organized. An experienced team with a proven track record in infant food develops well thought-out and innovating products tailored to the specific nutritional needs of babies and children. The assortment of products consists of (organic) infant food, infant milk and products for pregnant and lactating women, all based on (organic) goat milk.

Jovie is currently available in China and the Middle East. Soon, the launch in the EU will follow shortly. The sale takes place though holdings and exclusive distributors; they are responsible for the local sale and marketing. These teams are also equipped with thorough market knowledge and a strong local network. Additionally, they understand the local customs and traditions. The participation of Anders invest gives Unica Global the opportunity to further expand its market position in existing and new markets and in addition launch new products.

Unica Global is run by Ben Busser, a motivated entrepreneur with a passion for goat milk. He has more than 30 years of experience in dairy and is active in goat milk since 1997, where he has founded multiple companies and developed them into market leaders. Ben Busser will stay connected to the enterprise as shareholder and CEO and looks forward to grow the business together with Anders Invest.
