The food & Agri Fund of Anders Invest has acquired a 100% stake in Eosta BV. together with a co-investor. Eosta, with its private label Nature & More, was established in 1990 and developed into one of the largest and most sustainable European trade companies for organic vegetables and overseas fruit.

Anders Invest has, amongst other, taken over the share of Triodos Ventures B.V. and Triodos Sustainable Finance Foundation, the major shareholders since the establishment of Eosta. They are leaving the company with faith that Eosta is ready for the next growth stage with this new impulse.

The activities of Eosta and Nature & More are continued under the same name. Founder and managing director Volkert Engelsman will be a part of the advisory board. Financial director Peter Stijkel and purchasing director Sander Dijkslag will leave Eosta. Gert Kögeler, Michael Legerstee and Dennis de Wit will continue with the daily management of Eosta as members of the new board of directors. On behalf of Anders Invest, Saskia Korink will be responsible for the execution of Eosta’s strategic agenda.
