Theo (1973) holds an MSc in Business Administration with a technical background. After his studies, he worked for three years at Isotis, a biotech company that grew rapidly from a start-up to a stock market listing. He orchestrated a management buy-in at Annalise, a market intelligence agency. Subsequently, he acquired various companies, reorganized them profitably, and also did so on behalf of third parties. He worked at Navius, a corporate finance boutique, where he advised on buy and sell transactions. He is a board member of DOB Equity, a philanthropic venture capital fund that invests in East Africa. He is also a fund manager at ULP Micro Invest and founder of Mare Capital in Moldova. In addition to his business activities, Theo has held various social board positions. For example, he was a board member of Milieudefensie and chairman of the Board of Churchwardens in Utrecht. As a partner, he was involved in the founding of Anders Invest, focusing particularly on the Industry and Food & Agri Funds. Today, Theo is a co-shareholder and Chairman of the Advisory Board of Anders Invest Fondsbeheer.
