Gert-Jan (1968) is a graduated economist. He headed a Commerzbank branch in Germany and was a consultant at McKinsey for 5 years. In the 14 years that followed, he was CEO of the listed Centrotec, active in the field of heating and ventilation. Under his leadership, the company has grown strongly from 13 million (100 employees) to 530 million (3,000 employees), due to above-average organic growth and 15 acquisitions of, among others, Brink, Ubbink and Wolf (IRR> 21%). In parallel, he started Centrosolar, brought it separately to the stock exchange and was chairman of the Supervisory Board for many years. In 2014 he founded Anders Invest and made 2 investments with his own money before starting the fund in early 2016. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Van Dorp Installations, Visscher Caravelle (chairman) and Rensa Techn. Wholesale (pres), and administratively active in the Advisory Council of the Protestant Church in NL (PKN), Noaber Foundation and pres. Huisman Foundation. Gert-Jan is an investment manager at Visscher Caravelle and Leerdam Crisal Glass.
