Maurits Jansen (1977) did MTS / HTS Architecture and Civil Engineering. Then TU Delft Department of Construction Management and Property Management (ir.) And the Amsterdam School of Real Estate (MSc MRE). He worked for 5 years as a real estate developer at Credo Planontwikkeling, part of VolkerWessels. Subsequently for 7 years as Manager Real Estate, ICT & Facilities at the Abrona Foundation where he was responsible for the total real estate portfolio (business value approx. € 140 million) including a number of redevelopment projects. Until he joined Vaster Invest, he was Deputy Director of Housing at the Cordaan Foundation in Amsterdam (real estate value of € 700 million). Maurits is also vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board and chairman of the remuneration committee of Woningstichting Weststellingwerf and a member of the Supervisory Board and financial audit committee of Woningstichting Leusden.
