Gerald (1984) is a business administrator. He spent 3 years as Business Analyst at Centrotec Sustainable AG on various M&A projects in which Centrotec bought production companies. As a Corporate Finance Advisor at de Jong en Laan, he spent three years working on dozens of deals within SMEs and advising entrepreneurs on buying and selling companies and on valuation and financing issues. Gerald himself has gained entrepreneurial experience with the launch of an innovative parcel letterbox for private individuals (LockBox). Within Anders Invest, Gerald has worked on the realization of 18 transactions. He is responsible for generating new deal opportunities, investment acquisition and marketing. He is also active as an investment manager for Bos Machines, Lagersmit Sealing Solutions and Groku.
