Kees (1968) studied Business Economics at Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
During his student days he founded his first company, a database company with fundamental information for investors.
After his studies he started working as an investment manager at the Corndon Group in Rotterdam, an investment company in companies and real estate.
In 1997 Kees did an MBI at Benjamin Industries, a powder coating and metal processing company. This investment was the start of his own investment company: Dintelhaven. In Dintelhaven he bought interests in various industrial companies, such as Metaalwarenfabriek Zador, Schaaf- en Boorwerk Rotterdam BV and Bakon Food Equipment and Hogefa and later also real estate, start-ups and scale-ups. In addition to his work for Dintelhaven, Kees was director of Inside Investments NV, an investment company in real estate, from 2010 to 2016.
Kees is also active as a volunteer and director at various social and sports-oriented institutions, such as church treasurer of the local church in Dordrecht, chairman of a foundation that manages a large sports hall in Dordrecht and chairman of the Gratia et Caritas Foundation.
