Eddy Smit (1956) started his career as helmsman on the big voyage and with the National Police. Since January 2004 he has been General Manager and since 2008 also shareholder of the real estate organization MVGM with over 600 employees. MVGM directs the services and implementation around real estate of many institutional investors in the field of Corporate Housing, Real Estate Appraisals and Real Estate Management. The Property Management portfolio comprises more than 60,000 residential units, 50,000 HOA units, 125 shopping centers and 1,500,000 m² of office space.
