Rutger (1984) studied business administration at Radboud University Nijmegen. After his studies he worked for 3 years at Capgemini, as a project manager and consultant. After that he worked as Manager Corporate Development for 4 years at the Ubbink Group (subsidiary Centrotec). Rutger was partly responsible for the design and implementation of a new strategy that led to strong profit recovery and revenue growth. In addition, he was active in various M&A processes and complex international projects in the field of supply chain management (Lean, production, insourcing, restructuring), sales, finance and IT. Rutger co-founded Invest in 2014. Rutger is particularly active in guiding portfolio companies and in that capacity responsible for the investments in gAvilar, Kiekens, Vitotherm, VIOS and Topvorm.
