Maike van Dijk-de Groot (1983) is a lawyer by training. At Nyenrode Business University, she worked at the intersection of entrepreneurship and realizing a positive contribution to society based on change theory and relationships. She was also co-founder of the Green Finance Academy, an international masterclass that connects the world of private money to projects for nature conservation and climate adaptation. At Utrecht University, she worked as a program manager of the Social Entrepreneurship hub on the social valorization of scientific knowledge in this field. As a researcher, she contributed to the research project 'Agapè in bedrijven' of Maastricht University and the Goldschmeding Foundation. In addition to her work at Anders Invest, Maike is involved as a board member of the Kromkommer Foundation and as a volunteer at the Adopteer Regenwoud Foundation.
