Jan is an entrepreneur in the financial services industry and an expert in corporate finance. After a short period at KPMG, he built Nielen Schuman into the leading corporate finance consultancy in the Benelux. During his twenty years at the company, he gained extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and strategic advice, debt advisory and capital restructuring for large companies and investors in various sectors. Jan holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Groningen.
