Pipelines and Equipment Construction
Leemberg Pipelines and Apparatenbouw from Zwijndrecht, founded in 1969, is a medium-sized production company in the field of piping systems and skid construction. The company has a turnover of € 20-25 million and employs more than 150 people.
In its 50-year existence, Leemberg has grown into a medium-sized production company in the field of piping systems and skid construction. For example, Leemberg realized the 0.0 installation for Heineken and designed and produced the pipeline infrastructure for the storage tanks for Koole Tankstorage. The company works for its customers throughout the entire process of design, engineering, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and maintenance. After the management buy-in of the current management in 2006, the company has acquired a good customer spread and is active in various end markets such as food, chemicals, industry, shipping and offshore. Strong growth in the number of markets, the number of customers and the turnover has resulted in a stable project turnover with a good result. The company keeps risks manageable through good project management.
The shares in Leemberg have been taken over from the four current shareholders. Two of these shareholders, André Wijbenga and Robin van Hunen, remain minority shareholders and are also active in the management of the organization. In addition to Anders Invest, Joost Vulto joins as a shareholder and also takes place on the board of Leemberg. Joost has 25 years of experience in executive roles in industrial and project companies, including at IHC, Driessen Aerospace and Bluewater. With the new three-man board, there is broad expertise on board and together with them Anders Invest sees sufficient opportunities for growth in existing and new market segments and through the launch of new products and services.
